Dashlane Expands Omnix with AI Phishing Protection, Automated Alerts, and Threat Insights for Every Login
Dashlane Omnix is the only credential security platform to deliver immediate, holistic credential and phishing protection across every single employee.

Dashlane OmnixTM is moving beyond the boundaries of a traditional vault-based password manager to a proactive, browser-based credential security platform that secures every part of the credential-based threat lifecycle for your entire workforce.

Now, the platform delivers dynamic phishing protection and automated notifications for all employees, even if they don’t use Dashlane. In addition, Omnix provides deeper threat insights for all employee logins in the browser.

AI phishing alerts: The last line of defense for every login

Even with traditional phishing protections like security training, email filtering, blocklists, and browser extensions, employees are getting phished. In fact, 54% of people fall for AI-generated phishing messages

AI phishing alerts are now generally available to all Omnix users, providing real-time protection against phishing threats in the browser for every employee, even if they don’t use Dashlane.

When an employee visits a site, Dashlane’s proprietary AI model analyzes 75+ domain attributes—from page structure to hidden elements—in less than half a second. If it deems the site suspicious, it immediately alerts the employee in the browser. This continuous, intelligent resistance provides a last line of defense in the phishing attack lifecycle, augmenting traditional phishing protections.

An example of a Dashlane phishing alert pop-up labeled “Potential phishing attempt detected” shows the suspicious URL that Dashlane detected and gives the user the option of selecting a button that says “Trust and dismiss alert” or a button that says “Leave website.”

Admins can now implement up to 200 custom rules to hide phishing alerts on trusted websites. Plus, they get actionable insights so they can track suspicious domains and strengthen organizational resilience.

Nudges: Automated response for at-risk credentials

Employees continue to use weak, reused, or compromised credentials, regardless of strong password policies and email reminders from the IT or security team. This leaves accounts exposed and increases the likelihood of credential-based breaches.

Now generally available to all Omnix users, Nudges detect when an employee logs in with an at-risk credential on the browser, regardless of whether they use a Dashlane vault. Then, the employee gets a real-time alert in Slack or the Dashlane extension with clear guidance on how to strengthen the credential.

An example of a Dashlane Nudge pop-up labeled “Security alert.” Below that, the pop-up says “The password you just used is the same on 2 different accounts,” explains why that’s risk, and provides clear instructions for how to strengthen the password. At the bottom, there is a “Remind me later” button and a “Ok, got it” button.

By appearing directly in the employee’s workflow, Nudges automate employee response without creating friction, which builds a culture of security and reduces credential risk at scale.

Admins save time by no longer manually reminding employees to strengthen their passwords. They also get valuable data on risk detection and user response, enabling them to track the effectiveness of Nudges and how their company security improves.

Nudges provide the right level of guidance without creating friction, and employees respond positively,” shared Adrian Vasile Ciorba, IT Engineer at Owkin.

Omnix Insights Dashboard: Real-time credential threat visibility

Introducing the Omnix Insights Dashboard, a new command center that brings together phishing threats, compromised credentials, and password health across the entire workforce in one unified view, complete with actionable data.

Track the credential threat lifecycle from risk detection to user response for a holistic understanding of your organization’s security posture, all in one aggregate view. Understand how employees are using risky credentials, what their exposure to AI-detected phishing sites is, and how they respond to threats—whether or not they use a password vault.

The Omnix dashboard in the Dashlane Admin Console shows Credential Protection insights, including the number of users with at-risk passwords and who entered passwords on risky sites.

See the full picture of credential-based threats with:

  • Centralized reporting that aggregates credential threats into a single, insightful view
  • Continuous monitoring across browsers and vaults, enabling proactive defenses instead of reactive fixes
  • Progress tracking to measure the impact of security improvements over time and communicate value to stakeholders

Instead of chasing fragmented data across multiple tools, IT and security teams get comprehensive, end-to-end oversight and actionable threat insights—all with the Omnix Insights Dashboard.

Security beyond the vault
