Zach Pollack

A native New Yorker, Zach spent 6 years in Asia leading experiential events, then continued his career in high-end hospitality at restaurants and hotels in New York. Zach brings a deep passion for human connection and experience to his role as Manager of Workplace Experience at Dashlane. Since joining in 2021, Zach has focused on building exceptional workplaces and a culture that is productive, connected, and supportive of all team members. Outside of work, Zach is an avid city walker who loves exploring new neighborhoods, especially if there's some spicy food at the end, and a dedicated fan of epic fantasy novels that regularly keep him reading way past his bedtime.
