Dashlane Expands to New 3-Floor Office in Lisbon, With Multiple Open Positions

After eight years and about 100 new employees, Dashlane’s presence in Portugal has started an exciting new chapter: A three-floor, 2,000-square-meter office in Lisbon’s vibrant Picoas neighborhood.
Our journey in Portugal began in 2018—about 9 years after we were founded in Paris—when a team of three set up in a coworking space in Lisbon’s Saldanha neighborhood. Just a year later, we had grown to 25 employees, kickstarting a move to a 600-square-meter space in the Chiado neighborhood.
“Over the last few years, Portugal has become an essential pillar for Dashlane's growth,” explained Mafalda Garcês, Country Leader and Senior People Director at Dashlane.
Now, we’re tripling the size of our Lisbon office and reinforcing our commitment to Portugal as a strategic hub for global growth, which includes hiring more people. In fact, we’re actively recruiting for our Engineering, Product, Customer Experience, and Customer Support teams.
Betting on a hybrid work model and a culture centered on well-being, we offer benefits such as:
- Health insurance
- Mental health support (through therapy and a mindfulness platform)
- A learning and development allowance
- An equal parental leave policy for all
- Flexible benefits that allow employees to create a plan tailored to their needs
- A relocation package for talent from abroad
“The strong talent base and continued growth of Portugal’s tech ecosystem have given us all the ingredients we’ve needed to build a world-class workforce,” said Dashlane CEO John Bennett. “The opening of a new office is not only a milestone in our growth but also a reaffirmation of our long-term commitment to the national technology community.”
