John Bennett brings over 30 years of experience leading high-growth B2B SaaS and communication companies. Before joining Dashlane in 2023, John served as the CEO at Cordence, where he led the company’s day-to-day operations and long-term strategy. Before Cordence, John spent four years as SVP &amp; General Manager at LogMeIn, where he led and grew the Identity and Access Management business unit to $450 million and was responsible for the LastPass, LogMeIn Pro, GoToMyPC, and LogMeIn Central products. He has held executive leadership roles at Citrix, Vapps (acquired by Citrix), Ace*Comm, Sentori, CMGi, and Nascent Technologies (acquired by CMGi). He holds a BA in Economics from Mary Washington University.

David is a seasoned executive of venture-backed startups with over 12 years leading finance, human resources, customer support, IT, legal affairs and business operations at a variety of ventures in the US and Europe. He was most recently CFO and SVP Business Operations at MakeSpace, a NYC-based company aiming to disrupt the physical self-storage market. Previously, David was CFO at Fab.com (acquired by PCH International), KickApps (acquired by Piksel) and BuildOnline (acquired by Sword Group). During his tenure in startups, David led his companies through a number of rounds of equity and debt funding, as well as both buy and sell side M&amp;A activity. He started his career in strategic consulting with The Parthenon Group then moving to venture capital with Upfront Ventures (previously, Global Retail Partners). David grew up in New York and graduated from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania too many years ago to admit. He is originally from Belgium, which explains his French skills, love of food and dry sense of humour, which he complements with an affinity for Scotch and great wine. He lives in Long Island with his wife, children, and 3-year-old dog, Pablo, with whom he shares his passions for cooking, jazz, post-war contemporary art (especially the CoBrA movement) and scuba diving.

Frederic Rivain is a passionate CTO, who joined Dashlane after several years working in Gaming, Gambling and eCommerce. He is eager to learn, innovate and have fun with his team, so that Engineering can efficiently support the Dashlane business and offer the best service to Dashlane users. Outside of work, he always keeps very busy, being the proud father of 3 daughters. He needs his frequent dose of sport, as he likes to practice French boxing and trail running.

Tara joins the Exec Team at Dashlane with 20 years in the tech industry working for companies focused on delivering for the small business and mid-enterprise customer. Her early work experience in customer research and brand management led her to the tech industry and Intuit where she was an early member of the Innovation Lab. Most recently she was with LogMeIn for 9 years serving in product management, innovation and operations roles before joining the Executive Team as Chief of Staff. At Dashlane she serves as Chief of Staff where she focuses on developing the operational excellence of the Executive Team and the organization at large while leading strategic initiatives. Tara has a BS in Organizational Studies from Northwestern University. She makes her home in the Boston area with her husband Jonathan and their 5 kids. In her spare time she helps manage the family Estate Sale business.

A senior marketing executive, board director and growth expert, Dhiraj built a track record in scaling multi-billion dollar businesses and building best-in-class marketing functions at high-growth companies such as PayPal, Facebook and BlueVine. With multi-disciplinary expertise in organizational and P&amp;L management, customer marketing e-commerce and technology, Dhiraj has driven transformative change in rapidly evolving digital enterprises. He is known for creating a team culture that is centered around the customer, values excellence, fosters diversity of ideas and thrives on a test and learn approach. Most recently at BlueVine, he built a top notch growth team and helped accelerate the growth of their business banking platform. At PayPal, he helped reignite business growth and establish it as a leading payments brand in North America. Earlier in his career, he led the marketing for Facebook ads, helping transform how businesses market online, building it as the most effective marketing platform for businesses. He currently serves on the board of Paga and Mutual Markets. With a passion for mentoring, Kumar also works with founders and investors, advising them on organizations’ go-to-market strategies, technology investments and building scalability. A native of India, he lives with his family in Morristown, NJ.

Donald brings 20 years of experience in Product Management, Design, Marketing, and Engineering at start-ups, mid-size, and global organizations. He has worked in defense, IoT, IT service management, and cybersecurity industries. Prior to joining Dashlane, Donald led Product at Swimlane, the leader in Security Automation. While there, he helped to drive 80+% YoY growth, close $70M in Series C funding, launch a next-gen automation platform, and ultimately more than triple the value of Swimlane. Prior to that, Donald was VP of Product at BeyondTrust, a leading PAM vendor in the cybersecurity space. At BeyondTrust, he launched three successful SaaS products, led multiple acquisitions, and drove product-led growth resulting in significant shareholder value creation for three private equity firms – TA Associates, Thoma Bravo, and Francisco Partners. Before BeyondTrust, he held product leadership roles at an IoT startup and Honeywell Defense and Space. Donald studied robotics at University of Florida where he received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a Business Minor.

Anne-Sophie brings 15 years of experience leading customer centricity in B2B Saas companies, building and scaling CX teams to deliver amazing customer experience. She is a passionate VP Customer Experience, dedicating her day to day to make customers successful with Dashlane and secure their business. Previously Anne-Sophie served as VP Customer Support and internalized Dashlane’s Support team by opening a new Dashlane office in Lisbon in 2018, increasing B2B customer satisfaction up to 95%. Prior to Dashlane, Anne-Sophie joined mainly startups to build Customer support organizations from scratch in various industries like telco, music, e-commerce, cloud computing and more recently in business travel for Egencia, an Expedia company.   Anne-Sophie is a foodista and wine lover, enjoys traveling the world and more recently she discovered maternity, the best job of her life.

Jeff Cozzaglio has over 12 years of sales leadership experience leading high-growth B2B sales, selling remote management and identity management solutions. Prior to Dashlane, Jeff served as the VP of Sales for LogMeIn, and later for the LastPass division of LogMeIn, spending a total of 18 years with the company. During Jeff’s sales leadership with LastPass, he was instrumental in leading growth from $50M to over $200M annually in 5 years.  Jeff has run high-growth sales teams which included new business, account management, business development and renewal teams. He has always had a client-first mindset and has been able to find many pockets of sales growth via internal partnerships with sales operations, marketing and product teams, as well as taking the lead to build out an MSP channel for LastPass. Jeff grew up in Massachusetts and resides north of Boston. He graduated with a B.A. in Marketing from Assumption University in Worcester, MA. In his free time, you can find him in Cape Cod, or taxiing his kids between hockey rinks, soccer and baseball fields.

Bernard Liautaud founded Business Objects in 1990 and was CEO for 15 years then Chairman until January 2008. With 6,700 employees, 45,000 customers and $1.5 billion of revenue in 2007, Business Objects was the world leader in Business Intelligence and one of the 15 largest software companies in the world. Business Objects was the first European software IPO on Nasdaq in 1994. In January 2008, Business Objects was acquired by SAP for $6.8 billion, making it the third largest software acquisition at the time. Bernard is now a member of the Supervisory Board of SAP. He also served as a member of the Board of Trustees of Stanford University from 2013 to 2018. He is now a member of the Stanford Global Advisory Council to the President. In 2009, he co-founded Dashlane, a leading software company providing digital identity solutions for consumers and businesses. He currently serves on the Board. He has received a number of distinctions including "Chevalier de la Légion d'Honneur" in 2007 in France, Time Magazine Europe's Digital Top 25 and BusinessWeek Stars of Europe of 2002, Top 10 CEOs in North America by Chief Executive Magazine in 2001.

Alex joined Bessemer Venture Partners in 2005. He led Shopify's Series A for BVP in 2010. Today he serves on the boards of Pipedrive, BigID, Hunters.ai, Dashlane, ManyChat, Manta and Optibus among others. He primarily invests in enterprise SaaS, SMB software, and cybersecurity and is particularly focused on European startups <a href="https://www.bvp.com/europe">https://www.bvp.com/europe</a>. He is an avid cyclist and Zwifter.

Rick Heitzmann, a Founder and Partner of FirstMark, focuses on consumer and enterprise investments in media, advertising technology, gaming, mobile, and data services. He has also received similar distinctions from CB Insights, Insider and the New York Times.  He serves on the Board of Directors of the New York Venture Capital Association. Habib Kairouz is a Managing Partner of Rho Capital Partners, which has been investing since 1981 in venture stage and high growth technology and healthcare companies. Habib joined Rho in 1993 and is a General Partner in Rho Ventures and Rho Ignition, the venture capital arms of Rho, and focuses on multi-stage investments in Consumer and Enterprise SaaS, Marketplaces and Media companies. He was also recognized as one of the 50 most creative people in the world by Creativity.   Seth is a trained journalist, working primarily for ABC and NBC television and holds a Master of Science in Journalism from the S.I. Newhouse School of Communications at Syracuse University.

Guillaume met his co-founders while finishing his master's degree in Engineering at Ecole Centrale Paris. With Alexis Fogel, Jean Guillou and Bernard Liautaud, he started the company few months after graduating. Guillaume wants to build a sustainable company based on strong human values and continuous improvement of management practices. Passionate about innovation and problem solving, he is working with the engineering team to try and innovate on core Dashlane technologies. His favorite topic is DashIQ™, the proprietary, semantic technology that powers all the online activities that Dashlane helps users within the web browser, thanks to machine learning. Guillaume also has a strong focus on security, and helps to ensure that Dashlane's zero-knowledge architecture, which protects Dashlane user data, is always up-to-date.

Alexis is a passionate entrepreneur with a strong focus on Product Management. He started working on Dashlane while finishing his master's degree in 2008 and led the product vision for close to 10 years while overseeing the development of the French office. He left Dashlane in 2018 to build another company, Stonly, that delivers a low-code platform for internal and external self-serve guidance. He is involved in the French Product and Entrepreneur communities and provides mentorship for the next generation of leaders. Alexis studied business at ESCP and computer science at Centrale Paris. Embracing the remote culture, He left Paris to live in the French countryside with his family. He is a music and photography lover. Learning one new thing every day always puts a smile on his face.

Jean started imagining a better internet with his Dashlane co-founders while studying at École Centrale Paris. He graduated not just with an advanced degree in Engineering, but also a budding tech startup that’s transformed into the international, venture-backed tech company Dashlane is today. Originally from Brittany, France, Jean has worked as a software architect at Dashlane Paris and has moved to Dashlane New York, where he was VP of Engineering, focusing on building the Engineering team and culture. Jean left Dashlane in 2021.

Emmanuel holds a master’s degree in Math and Physics from Ecole Polytechnique in Paris and a PhD in Computer Science from Université of Toulouse. He also studied Marketing and Finance in the Executive Education Program at Harvard Business School.
