Lost your phone? How to reset 2FA

If you've lost the phone you used to set up two-factor authentication (2FA), you will have to disable it to log in to Dashlane.

Please enter the email address you used to set up your Dashlane account. This will trigger a text to the backup phone number you provided when you first set up 2FA.
