Lost access to your authenticator app?

If you lost access to the phone or authenticator app you used to set up 2-factor authentication (2FA), we can help you log in to your Dashlane account.

Enter the email address associated with your account. We will send a recovery code by text message to the phone number you provided when setting up 2FA.

Log in to your account with that recovery code, then complete the 2FA setup process again with your new authentication method.

If you're a Dashlane Business Teams, or Starter member, reach out to your plan admin. They can send you your recovery code.
