We wanted to let you know that the free Dashlane iPhone app is even better — today’s release adds two key new features that will make using it more useful and easy.
First off, you can now access all your payment info in the app:
And we’ve also added a new functionality that makes it faster to access your Dashlane account after you’ve been locked out due to inactivity. Instead of entering your Master Password each time you can now enter a 4-digit PIN number, making it even faster to use the iPhone app, while remaining just as secure:
In addition to these new features, we’ve also added retina display enhancements and fixed many other bugs you’ve reported.
We hope you continue to enjoy the Dashlane iPhone app — and for those of you who’ve not downloaded yet, you can do so for free here now:
And before you ask, Android and iPad apps are in development and will be out very, very soon! We promise.

Now, the iPad app will be universal, right? Right?
Hey Aaron, what do you mean by “universal”? If you mean that in its full version it will work on any website in the world without integration, the way the desktop app currently does, the answer is yes!
That sounds good, but specifically what I meant was whether the app would be iPhone/iPod touch/iPad all in one download, rather than a standalone ‘Dashlane for iPad’ app.

Once the iPad version is complete, the download will be universal. Having said that, the app will be tailored for the iPad, not just stretched to fit the screen :-)
